Attorney Denise W. Griffith chose personal injury law because she found it incredibly rewarding to use her litigation skills to help people who have been through traumatic events. She is proud to access justice for everyone. Throughout her career, she has litigated thousands of cases, taking roughly 35-40 to jury trial and hundreds to arbitration. Ms. Griffith is most proud of the cases in which, after lengthy jury trials, she achieved optimal results for my clients that differed vastly from what opposing counsel sought.

As an Olympia personal injury lawyer, she provides counsel for her clients while sheltering them as much as possible from the stress of the litigation process. Her previous work experience includes work for a large insurance company, giving her insights that help her fight cases from the other side of the courtroom.

The most rewarding part of Ms. Griffith’s job is taking over the burden of battling the system and preparing her clients for litigation in such a way that removes as much stress as possible. Successfully balancing the need to ease their stress while making sure they are finally heard through the litigation process is tremendously rewarding. She insists that her clients call her if they are feeling overwhelmed so she can remind them why they should stop worrying and let the firm handle everything.

In her spare time, Ms. Griffith loves running, hiking, working out, and spending time with her family. Her hero is her Aunt Susan, who always puts everyone in her family first and goes to great lengths to take care of multiple generations of family members, all while also dedicating herself fully to teaching middle school students full-time.
